Do not trust this place—Infested, impossible to cancel, and predatory billing! I originally gave this place a 5-star review, but I am editing it to a 1-star warning. Do not store your belongings here unless you want your stuff ruined. This facility has a massive pest problem—there are bugs, mice, and even snakes all over the place. They do absolutely zero pest control or property maintenance. Worse than the pests is their management and billing. I canceled my unit, moved out completely, and cleared it out. I love how secure the facility is and how kind the staff is when I needed their help!
Great place would recommend very clean
Do not rent from them. Kept charging me for two months after I called to cancel my unit and added on a late fee even though I had autopay enabled and the payment went through with no issues. There is no way to cancel on the website, you have to call the agency they use to manage it, and they apparently can't manage to cancel your rental without 3 phone calls either.
