This review is long overdue. We stayed at Harbourwood Villa in January 2024; it was our third time using this property. And as before, it did not disappoint. It is a great location, and though we do not golf, we love being on the course (which is also a good 5 mile walk if you start at the first hole and continue to 18th!). Janet is a wonderful host; very accommodating, attentive and responsive. We will definitely stay here in the future.
This property is perfectly located in the Sea Pines plantation. Located on the 9th tee box at the HarborTown Golf Club it’s just a short walk in to Harbor Town for beautiful sunsets and an easy bike ride to the beach at the Beach Club. The condo is extremely well equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We have stayed here twice now on different vacations and look forward to returning.

This was our family's second stay at Janet’s villa. We really like the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the size for our family of four.
