I contacted the owner & operator Harman, from Loyalist Air Care regarding my AC. He came tge very next morning. He never tried to upsell me on a new unit, as I made it clear I couldn't before he arrived. He was extremely thorough & detailed. Fixed the repair quickly at the unit, then cleaned it, tested the tempurature in the duct work and checked the coils. My airconditioner started cooling my home right away.
