So I should have read the reviews... I paid for all day parking and rounded up to 8am the next day as it was the only option for the length of time needed. I then returned for 11 and the gate is closed. I thought it was open 24h! Now i need to make a 1 hour transit ride instead of 20 minute drive late at night. I guess I'm coming bright and early tmrw to get my car. Very frustrated!!!

This parking garage is falsely advertised as being a 24 hour parking lot, yet it is only open until 10 pm (9 pm on Sundays and holidays) There is a very small sign that indicates this, that is hidden by a pillar wall. Several people have gone into this place thinking they are in a 24-hour parking lot, only to come back and not be able to get into their car until the following morning. They close the gate at 9 pm with no clear signs that state that! We were locked out with our children. Should be illegal.

Car got broken into, window got smashed alongside with many other cars parked at the time. Security did not help much other than providing a screenshot of the suspect. Do not recommend for anyone to park here.
