DO NOT PARK HERE!! The garage closes at 6pm exactly and there is very little signage. After being sent on a wild goose chase to contact someone working for the garage I got sent to a full voicemail box. The next morning my car was still luckily there, but I couldn't even leave the garage because the ticket machine was broken. I'm still stuck in there.
Wouldn't read our ticket and no cashier so we had to pay 40$ to get out and we were in there for 1h
Was charged $40 for overnight parking despite the fact there was absolutely no signage to indicate the charge. The sign at the entrance said $12 flare rate daily. When I told the cashier there should be a sign to indicate the $40 overnight, he said “Yeah, we should put up a sign” Even their website lacks any indicator of such a charge. Absolute BS charge, will be disputing with my CC issuer.
When the ticket-taker is there, she's rude. When she's not there, the payment machine over-charges me. Totally a lose-lose situation. Calling Impark Customer Service is a waste of time because no one ever answers. If I could rate this lot "zero stars" I would.
