Ever since they fired Jessica. NOTHING GETS DONE! They give you 24 hour notice and don’t come. I put in request for carpet Beatles a week ago and still have not received prep instructions when they know my bed is infested. I’ve been sleeping in the tub because it’s the only place they don’t bite me the couch is infested too. Jess would start the pool by mid may and have it opened by mid June If they don’t open the pool by mid July im asking for rent reduction too as it’s an amenity we pay for extra for.
Very bad manager
Place is full of cockroaches, they treated it few times but they kept coming back. After complaining, we got harassed with letters by site management w/o proof.
