We never had any security issues. Grounds are clean on the outside and owner very nice. Unfortunately, there is a very big mice and rat infestation in the climate-controlled units. We had to throw a ton of stuff away due to urine and feces all over everything. Neighboring units had the same issue. None of us have food items. We alerted them to the problem and they did tell us they routinely use pest control. Doesn’t seem to be taking care of the issue. Perhaps it is 100% out of their control.
