I’ve been doing CrossFit at this location now for about 6 years. Jason and Keesha do a phenomenal job of running this facility. They are extremely knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very welcoming and they have a great class schedule. The community here is awesome and I highly recommend coming here to workout!

I have really enjoyed working out at 1529 CrossFit. There are knowledgeable instructors in every class. All of the members have been so friendly and helpful. I have joined gyms before where I felt lost in the crowd and memberships were more important than the members. At 1529, I feel like I am a part of the team. I've been attending the 1529 CrossFit classes for almost a year and a half and have loved every minute of it. Jason and Keesha are amazing coaches and modify the movements/exercises to accommodate my strength and ability. My two teens do the teen classes which have helped them improve their athletic ability. I would recommend 1529 to anyone and everyone.
