Peak Property Management is refusing to change my personal code to the main door to the apartment building complex, despite me explaining to them that I have a stalker who is entering the building, harassing and threatening me. Rented 2F 2 bed 2 bath apt. from 8/2021-8/2023. Payed $1334 monthly plus the utilities (read the rest) Here’s everything wrong with living here in no particular order that I wish I had known beforehand: 1. Water bill is way too high it should be criminal They don’t charge based on the water usage of each individual apartment; the plumbing in the building is not set up for them to be able to tell you how much water you’re using. Rented here from August 2021 and moving out soon so I thought I’d share my experience! Management - They’re quick to respond and Austin and Christi (previous property manager) were especially wonderful to communicate with. Maintenance - They’re fast! One issue is the windows are not properly insulated - bedrooms fluctuate in temperature greatly depending on outside weather and they constantly bang during high wind current.
