We have lived here for two years and absolutely love the building, located near Central Park and the Lexington 6 subway. The staff is incredible and extremely responsive to all its tenants need. Shante the leasing manager is amazing. She just helped us move into a larger apartment and the whole process was seamless. The concierge crew are always helpful and friendly. Building manager and maintenance staff are always efficient and available to take care of any issues. A great place to live on the UES.
Shante is absolutely awesome. Super quiet building. Free coffee downstairs and a 24/7 gym are nice additions. Rooftop is pleasant in the summer for hosting friends over if you like. One of best property manager on site we have ever dealt with. Responsive, responsible, and accountable.
Rented an apartment here for 3 years. It is a great place to live! The apartments have beautiful finishes and maintained by the building staff efficiently both inside the apartments and in the common areas. The building is impeccable! Location is hard to beat - close to Central Park, mass transit – both Lexington Avenue and Q-Lines, major roadways out of the City. The building staff are professional and super friendly. I love my building, it’s home! I thought about moving when my lease came up this year but when I looked around it was obvious I’m in a great spot. Good neighborhood vibe, close to train, safe neighborhood, so close to Central Park. Building staff is excellent and accommodating and friendly. Apartment is well maintained by building, love the washer/ dryer in the apartment, roof and courtyard beautifully landscaped and maintained.
