If you are a professional and care about sleep, courtesy, and your basic well, being do not rent here. This complex could not be more of a joke, "Luxury Apartment Living", not even close. This complex is a glorified fraternity house. There are constant parties until all hours of the night, drunk people swimming in the pool at 3am, airbnb'd rooms, intoxicated bar hoppers from across the street wandering the halls, and residents smoking in their apartments and leaving spilled trash heaps on the floor.
