We have lived at 1501 going on 4 yrs (just a weekend apt) when seldon was the leasing management it was clean and well kept. Fast forward to now with Wistar in charge FILTHY. the 3rd floor dog area is disgusting ( our dog refuses to go there). Carpets stained . Packages are stolen this was to be nonsmoking but people are and don’t give a shit. We will not be renewing our lease for sure I do love that it’s close to the old market and we can walk that’s why I gave it 2 stars. Wistar does not have an office in Omaha it’s in Mex... read more
