Thieves that will steal at least an extra month of parking fees. They will not acknowledge the parking cancellation submitted through the customer portal website (that you are forced to use since no local contacts) and despite it displaying a cancel success message and confirming the last charge date, plus them also receiving and processing the returned hang tag deposit to the account within the correct period and showing that on the account. I paid for monthly Parking. They cancelled my parking as they were closing the lot. After 4 phonecalls they told me to"follow up with my bank for the refund" as they had issued it already. I was left with no option but to dispute the charges.
