We were drawn to the architectural style of 1451 Wellington and it delivers exactly that in person. The lobby and shared spaces have a refined, residential feel with high-quality materials used. The attention to detail in the common areas sets the tone for the entire building.
The location of 1451 Wellington is one of its strongest features. Being steps from Westboro and Wellington West gives easy access to restaurants, cafés, and the river pathways. The building itself feels integrated into the neighbourhood rather than separated from it, which made the decision to move here an easy one.
We purchased a suite at 1451 Wellington and the level of design detail throughout the building stands out immediately. The interiors feel carefully planned, from the millwork to the stone selections in the kitchen and bathrooms.
