The staff at 145 Health Spa are so wonderful and accommodating. I came to this location in a party of 3 and we were running significantly late; the staff did their best to accommodate us despite our lateness and gave us our full time since their schedules permitted it (and didn’t charge a late fee!). The massage itself was excellent; they do a great job of making you feel relaxed while also working out the tension areas. If you are in the area and looking for an affordable massage, this is the place to go!

This was a great impromptu add to our NYC trip. After walking so much getting a full body massage here was great. The price for a full body 1 hour is super affordable. Not that private but the set up they have is fun. Everyone has as super professional

This was my first message ever. First I had a guy massager, so of instinct I was a bit scared. The place was very comforting though and it looked amazing. When the massage had started I told him multiple times not to touch private areas. He said okay and continued doing that in the massage and would spend extra time on those areas. I was so uncomfortable and afraid to speak up. His name was Peter.
