Had a great workout here via ClassPass. Coach Joe was super welcoming and made me feel right at home. Definitely recommend dropping in!
I will be reaching my first year here at 1440 soon and I am so thankful that I have come to know this wonderful place that I consider my second home. I have met so many new people here that also enjoy working out as much as I do plus Joe the owner and the amazing coaches here have been very welcoming and helpful. This gym has challenged me and I am so grateful for that :)
1440 Athletics and Fitness is hands down the best crossfit gym I've ever experienced! Thanks to their incredible workouts and dedicated coaches, I've transformed into a much stronger version of myself. Not only that, but I've also formed meaningful friendships within their welcoming community.
