Let me start by saying first time I have ever had to wait til after 4 pm to check in, but ,it was closer to 5 when the room was ready ,so we needed towels which we got the next day, after calling twice ,no soap or toiletries ,tile rack missing,not even a bottle of water, we were told we had to buy WATER from the vending machine 😂 These people are just selling hype and fantasies , one day we might find a legitimate time share company check out the pics of missing tile rack and water damaged base board ,in the front room ,no ... read more
Nice views and nice rooms like having a condo for vacation.....should add a snack bar or breakfast option...but great hotel
