Appropriate name for this company because they are LZY and RUDE! My experience wasn’t from this lot, but from street parking. I had to call customer service and speak to someone who should not be in customer service. I mean, how hard is it just to be nice? This is just another Nashville parking company that I will now avoid.
Wish I had read the reviews... all true. Worst service/company.
Won't use again.
