I discovered 4th st Fitness at the end of COVID. Owner/trainer/coach Mike, put my physical and mental fitness back on the right path. Much more than just a workout, Mike provides a positive environment with positive results.
Mike is the greatest! Been with for 17 years! 4th Street Fitness is inspiring, super-clean, personal one-on-one fitness! Strength training is where it's at, and it's an enjoyable environment with so much positivity and killer results! Nothing like it in Sonoma County. The best.
Jeanine is an amazing personal trainer, she is enthusiastic, attentive, and knowledgeable in helping me with my specific needs. Her workouts are always different and challenging, I highly recommend her!
