The maintenance and management team are exceptional. Great floorplans and the views are amazing.
I love this building, I am a broker and working with Emily is a literal dream! And the concierge staff is always so amazing. I am always so happy to bring clients here. Between the concierge, Emily and the building itself, it is such an easy sell.
Concierge desk staff Keila, Brianna, and Angela are amazing! And very sweet and welcoming. Couldn't imagine living in this building without them. Huge props to them for always keeping the lobby a cheerful area.
Places smells bad. Always seem kind of dirty in common areas. The unit I was in the nailed the window shut and the other window barely closed. I moved out after 60 days
