An amazing view at a solid price. I've had a great time in my year here. It has good soundproofing, exceedingly friendly and professional staff, and to top it off it's in a great part of Chicago. Highly recommend setting up some seating near the window - you'll be spending a lot of time there!

For the price that you pay for these apartments, you can easily find bigger spaces, with better views, actual luxury amenities for the same price in South Loop. Which is why I moved out. Also, I notified the complex 4 months ahead of my move out date and asked for them to lease my apartment a month earlier to assist with finding someone to take over the unit as I needed to move out a month earlier than my lease ended and they refused to do so. I would not recommend living here. The utility charges are excessive and include fees that tenants should not be responsible for, such as paying for utilities in common areas like the downstairs lobby. It feels like there are endless fees added on top of your rent with very little transparency. The management has also been extremely frustrating to deal with. Jillian, if I remember correctly is great. She is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Great energy. My sister's viewing was awesome and I hope she gets the place. It's really what she wants and smells very good throughout.
