DO NOT MOVE HERE!! We are currently leasing an apartment that’s a convertible (glorified studio) and we’re paying almost $3K in rent because of the utility bill that they rebill to us and let’s not forget that the third party company they use charges us a billing service fee of $5 EVERY time they bill us. Very disappointing application experience. Communication was extremely poor...delayed, unclear, and often nonexistent. Even more concerning, the process included inappropriate questioning that felt accusatory and unprofessional, with no clear explanation or effort to resolve the issue. Instead, the application was essentially stalled without transparency. Overall, the lack of professionalism and respect in handling applicants is unacceptable. I would not recommend applying here unless major improvements are made.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The worst experience I’ve had with a property management team. The building itself is outdated and the amenities are a joke; you’d think there were multiple pools for the amount of rent charged. When my oven caught on fire, no one reached out to make sure I was okay. It wasn’t until I contacted corporate that I finally received help. The hallways smell like weed 24/7.
