One of the younger maintenance men/janitors is loud and curses in the residential areas. He does not seem kind to anyone. Most of the janitors and such seem kind and cooperative, and speak at a normal sound level. It is a shame that walking into the hallway at the wrong moment can ruin your day when you overhear him being cruel.
