Worst parking lot. I got monthly parking here and they would charge random amounts each month. Each month the price would go up and they would charge extra fees for no reason. The customer service is the worst half the people have no idea what they are doing and can’t even resolve the issue. Avoid parking here at all cost!
This place is a joke. Paid through spot hero until 6PM and get a ticket at 303PM for 86 bucks stating I didn't register plate on app or place anything dash. like never again .
Worst parking lot to use I was running late from my apt I was 15 minutes behind at 12 minutes they charged me 98.00 , 98.00 for 12 bloody minutes ok I can see like 25.00 not 98.00
