Finally found a gym in the Valley that has great atmosphere, equipment and professionalism from staff, especially personal trainer Zack, absolutely enjoy his classes every time. He is effective, efficient and has a great disposition l hope he continues to work at CFB Greenwood for years to come.

Went for a swim today and when asking about a family membership for 2 adults and 3 kids I was informed it needs to be MOM and DAD. When I clarified if MOM and MOM and three kids would be an option I was told No. When called and asked about it they pretended it was a misunderstanding about trying to include my mother in the membership. Won't be returning, won't be supporting. Laughed as I drove over the pretend rainbows on the way out. No thanks. Do better.
