Don’t fill out an application here!! If you get denied they will take your $250 “first month deposit fee” and not return it for 30 days!!! If they even do!! Ridiculous!! Also the way that they do business here is very sketchy. They don’t help you at their office and this complex is way over priced for what you get.
Worst community I have ever lived in! I would rather pay to leave early than stock out my lease. Disrespectful neighbors, multiple stolen packages, rats, dog poop everywhere. Teenagers congregate all hours of the night being loud and obnoxious.
Greedy owners who do not care about their tenants or any of their complaints. Nothing changes, poor management and no accountability. Do not do business with 14 north. We are moving out at the end of current lease. (10% increase each year as well, I always see people moving out and new people coming in not abiding by the rules and 14 north doesn’t do a thing about it) there are gloves around the yard, poop bags scattered, people smoking and playing loud music late at night)
Where to start ? They are only sales people(sharks) , across the board that only care about commission . You are screwed once you sign that paper and notice you can’t leave a negative comment any where but here . Beware
This use to be a great place to live, now its a overpriced slum. The garbage area is often overflowing resulting in rodents, they charge you for having guests and the parking machine doesn't always work so your guests get towed, while failing to respond to their maintenance duties in a timely manner. They enter your apartment without notification on occasion. In general, if your looking for somewhere to live look elsewhere (Highlands peabody was cheaper and way nicer)
Current situation and maintenance lives 30min away !
They do not fix problems,apt in one of the buildings has mold in all the rooms, my grandchildren keep getting sick and they should move them to another apartment, or put them in a hotel until they make it right. I am calling a lawyer today. The woman in charge has 2 children maybe she should move in and see what it’s like.
