Our experience has been a nightmare. They put the mobile home on the property without a permit. Code enforcement was called by a neighbor. The installer that pulled the permit was not the installers who did the work. They didn’t do anything right resulting in 2 reinspections. It is not level and the skirting was not put up correctly with no access areas. We are not able to live in it , and it’s been almost 6 months since we purchased it! The communication has been poor. It wasn't a good start for us due to the situation with one of the sales person who is no longer there then Mike look into the situation passed it to Erika Ashley and off to the races she went, what started as a negative thing turned out to be such a positive thing for my Wife and I having our first home, My Family THANK YOU Erika Ashley and Mike you did look into it for us we thank you too, wish much success for the both of you.

I certainly could not recommend anyone to purchase from this company We purchased a new Jamison from 13th St homes in 2018. The homes only look good but lacks serious quality. Our home is 2 years old and the roof is leaking. We notified Certainteed roofing company. Certainteed is the company contracted with 13th St homes. We we were told to mail in two roofing tiles from off our roof and mail them in to them to inspect. Certainteed does not provide any shingles to cover your roof when they request that you remove tiles.
