Fahrt zum Airport lag preislich deutlich über Angabe vom Hotel. Fahrer hat uns absichtlich an der falschen Stelle Terminal 1 abgesetzt, um nochmal 5 Dollar mehr zu kassieren und wir mussten unser Gepäck durch das ganze Terminal zurück schleppen. Mit Taxi in Australien nur schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Umwege, Am Ziel vorbeigefahren, um Weg zu verlängern...
Was already bad, but now they have this useless ai to manage calls. Really terrible service.
Was charged twice - once by the office and again by the driver. Multiple email correspondences has yielded ZERO responses. Extremely poor customer service, unfortunately.
Called and they told me 20min wait- waited 40mins and called and was told there was no booking under my number and then they hung up on me. Tried to call again and they hung up. Originally booked as uber was quoted me too much- price went down while I waited booked that. Worst cab service ever.
