Direct TV for cable services has been one of THE WORST experiences ever!!!!! I am leasing a unit at 1350 Main St, Sarasota, FL. My cable (I believe it is streaming), is interrupted as much as once every 3 SECONDS, with the message "we are loading your video. Thx for your patience.". It is so bad that I cannot use my TV. I have attempted to call Direct TV customer service, but, as we have all experienced, there is a NEVER-ENDING circular menu that brings out the worst in me (and likely many others).
