Waited all day and then was put in a queue at 6pm. I needed a doctors visit because of the swelling in both legs and feet. I got a Telehealth appointment which I didn’t understand as they would need to see the legs and feet. She was abrupt, condescending and very rude! Asking me why I opted for a Telehealth appointment when she needed to see my legs. Told me to go to the hospital, call an ambulance. I tried to tell her I have absent seizures under stress with my epilepsy and I don’t go anywhere alone. She said she can’t help... read more
