I am a registered health care practitioner with AHPRA. I have called the Home Doctors, because I switched doctors when I commenced working in Daisy Hill. Unfortunately, I had a very adverse reaction to a medication I never take, prescribed by this different doctor. I seldom change my health care routine, though I am aging. Called them at 6:30 pm about a 9/10 painful toothache and was told 1-2 hours wait. 11:30 pm is when the doctor got here and he did nothing for the pain except write a script that I can’t get until a chemist opens in many hours. Useless to me since I have a dentist appointment for the next day to fix this pain. All I wanted was this pain temporarily gone

I believe it’s a scam. Three times I’ve tried to booked a home doctor’s visit and every time it’s change to Telehealth. I need to see an actual doctor. This service wastes your time. I truly believe they do not have doctors that make home visits. There services are misrepresented.

The staff were welcoming and the doctor was very knowledgeable. I truly felt supported and well cared for during my visit.
