This should be renamed to "Hello Telehealth Doctor Service" Or "Hello NOT Home Doctor Service" "Hello Never Home Doctor Service" There is never a doctor available and its funny they ring you back trying to be professional. :can you hold the line we will check for a home doctor is available" They already know there isnt one, but they put you on hold for 2 seconds and say "oops Bad luck you just missed out on the home visit, but we have telehealth options" For me thats a non starter as I need a doctor to administer a drug othe... read more

Had a very positive experience using this service on 27/12 (however it was expensive). I hurt my back and was in so much pain I could barely move. I used the app to request a telehealth and was called soon after to arrange an appointment. I paid $100 and had a Dr call me about 1.5 hours later, who texted me an escript for pain relief. I emailed the script to the local pharmacy and my partner collected the medication. Seems you have to pay to get good service?

Normally great but a total waste of time today. Just needed a doc to write a repeat script as we are leaving the country for holidays and drs are booked up. I rang about 10 am doc rang around 1:30 I missed them. Left a message saying they would call back then sent a medical certificate for 2 days medical leave when we hadn't even had a discussion, called back at 2 to query this and requested a call back. I rang again at 6 and they said it's not in their scope and il need to see my gp....I've done this before no problem and d... read more

Really thankful for this service, being able to see a doctor without leaving home made such a big difference.

The doctor took the time to listen and explain things, which made me feel safe and cared for. I would definitely recommend this service.
