This service is atrocious and disgusting. Having to wait to see the doctor and then got ignored without proper communication while a sick person waiting to be seen by the doctor is just inhumane and unacceptable. This service needs to be stopped immediately as they have no empathy for their clients. Absolutely disgusting!!
I called them at 6am as my son wasn’t feeling well. They claimed my Medicare card was valid but would see my son for $100.00-$80

Absolutely disgusted by the way I have been totally dismissed. You are disgraceful and take advantage of vulnerable people. I've had multiple negative experiences and not one single positive experience. Please read the reviews prior to booking. Every person has the same experience, they book a home doctor visit only to have it turned into a phone consult, which your chances are less than 50/50 of actually receiving a call.
