Will give them below 1 star if I could. Please don't deal with Dr Ikram. Spoke with her and she failed to send prescription for me when suspecting Pneumonia. Spoke to me for less than 2 mins and disconnected the call. Called 4 times and they wanted me to make another appointment. Which I ended up making . Medicare fraud. Pls be careful
I wish I could put a 0. Was told I'll get a call and no one called me. Why say a dr will call and make someone stay up all night if it's a scam. This service is stuffed
Doctor Ayesha Rahim did not call me for 6.5hr from the time of booking I was waiting for all night and lie the operator saying I didn't answer the call. Such a poor customer service.
Dr was useless. Tried to get Telehealth over in 30 seconds. Did not care. Only in it for the money. It’s a rort.
Waited 6 hours for telehealth. No home visit available both days I called. The doctor I had for telehealth was quite good. Home doctor services need a serious overhaul.
