I wish I could put a 0. Was told I'll get a call and no one called me. Why say a dr will call and make someone stay up all night if it's a scam. This service is stuffed
Doctor Ayesha Rahim did not call me for 6.5hr from the time of booking I was waiting for all night and lie the operator saying I didn't answer the call. Such a poor customer service.
Dr was useless. Tried to get Telehealth over in 30 seconds. Did not care. Only in it for the money. It’s a rort.
Waited 6 hours for telehealth. No home visit available both days I called. The doctor I had for telehealth was quite good. Home doctor services need a serious overhaul.
Phoned on the advice of our GP and was given a telehealth appt. The doctor phoned and said he couldnt do anything as my child needed to be examined, and to call the service back and request a doctor to come out. Called back and the receptionist said my booking had been deleted and that they were at capacity anyway and couldn't send anyone out. Huge waste of time.
