Don’t even bother with this service. They advertise a service that they can’t offer. I have called a few times from different locations to be called by someone saying they can only do Telehealth. It happens every single time. Pointless service better off driving to urgent care clinic before 10pm, it’s pretty much a scam.

I do not recommend them, go elsewhere. Dr Matthew Hasdell from Hello Home Doctor Service was the rudest & most unsympathetic Dr I've ever seen in my life. During a telehealth appointment he refused to give me medication, because despite prolific chest infection symptoms, I hadn't been sick for long enough. 🤨 He insisted I would not change his mind. I said ok I'll go elsewhere, thank you goodbye, & ended the call. Dr Hasdell actually called me back to hang up on me. I paid $80 for no assistance & this juvenile behaviour, & H... read more
