I do not recommend them, go elsewhere. Dr Matthew Hasdell from Hello Home Doctor Service was the rudest & most unsympathetic Dr I've ever seen in my life. During a telehealth appointment he refused to give me medication, because despite prolific chest infection symptoms, I hadn't been sick for long enough. 🤨 He insisted I would not change his mind. I’m really disappointed with the service from Hello Home Doctor and their Telehealth division. I paid a premium expecting to be seen quickly so I could start treatment and get back on my feet, but nearly two hours after my scheduled appointment time, I still hadn’t received a call. I was surprised to see I’d been refunded, but honestly, that wasn’t the point—I needed help, not my money back.
