I’m really disappointed with the service from Hello Home Doctor and their Telehealth division. I should have trusted the many poor reviews and avoided this service altogether. I waited for over an hour, only to be told my home visit had been changed to a telehealth appointment because the doctor had “reached capacity.” Shouldn’t that have been known at the time of booking? From the moment of calling, reception was very kindly spoken and helpful - making booking seem like I wasn't a nuisance and just another call for the night. I wish I had caught the lady's name so she could get credit for her compassion. Within 2hrs the doctor rang which was perfec!t! Understandably sometimes it's not always that fast. No one showed up after 4 hours of waiting.i advised the operator that we need to see a doctor and telehealth is not an option.Yet they never contacted us that no doctors is available.Very upset with them.3,5 years old child been waiting for hours only to find out no doctors available by us calling back to check what's going on

I requested for an at home visit about a week ago and had it changed to a telehealth. I've been having issues in regards to my pregnancy and honestly I didn't understand why the doctor requested I do things for myself to show him how bad I was and then told me to go to hospital in the end. Absolutely useless.
