I toured the community and was really impressed. I loved the atmosphere, the location, and the beautiful views. Everything is very well maintained, and it definitely made me consider renting here.

Updated Review – October 28, 2025 I was reluctant to lower my rating to two stars, but after six years in this building, the decline in maintenance and management standards is impossible to ignore. While the property still offers full amenities, a waterfront location, and proximity to the beach—which are reflected in the rent prices—the overall condition of the building and level of professionalism from management have deteriorated significantly. Our move in experience has been great! The building is beautiful, very clean and the apartment checks all of the boxes we were looking for. The entire team has been welcoming and helpful.
