So I had a 245 appointment Today with Sammy, we changed the date because the previous one she had a meeting. Another person walked in but also 2:45 appointment. I was waiting for 35 minutes and when I went upstairs to check what she was doing, she started the person that walked in after me and left me hanging with no explanation. I’ve never been treated so disrespectful in my life. Will I go see her again? Definitely not she might give a decent haircut, but it’s not worth a stress

Let me just say that the entire experience from start to finish was superb. The first time with a new hairdresser is usually stressful and you tend to sit on pins & needles, but none of that happened with the staff.

Excellent customer service and stellar results have been my consistent experience at this salon. Sami is amazing with color. She really understands the science as related to different products, their use, and the type of hair being considered for the product. I have dirty dishwater and graying hair which has become difficult to manage. My color is a deep tone of blonde which highlights my skin tone well.
