I have loved it here the last couple years! You can't beat the location and management has been super responsive and easy to deal with
The building and units are beautiful, but only second to the incredible Chandler in the leasing office that gave me an incredible tour and responded to all my questions quickly and efficiently.
Edit 2: 3 months later and the windows still aren't cleaned Edit: Another week, another package stolen. Also, after a FULL MONTH nobody has reached out to me regarding the windows, so the owner's reply is another example of promises being broken when it comes to building maintenance. Lived here for two years and it's been rough. When I asked the property manager last month (the new Daniel Management, not Kass) about the below problems and what their priorities were on fixing them, he said that they had "no priorities except ... read more

This is the worst apartment. Packages are constantly stolen, maintenance is unreliable, main doors are left unlocked so anyone can come in, always some sort of issue with hot water, the pool, etc. Property manager is constantly changing. Do not live here. UPDATE: Owners response is a complete lie. I have only been here a year and the management is not consistent.
