DO NOT USE THESE LOTS!!! If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Before I used this lot I did read the reviews and they were not good. Unfortunately I should have heeded the warnings. Everything that I read in the reviews happened to me. So apparently this is a common problem. I used lot 291 located at 1317 Austin St. downtown Houston. Used this lot for Houston Marathon event parking. The payment system initially showed a 12 PM end time, so several of us asked the on-site attendant for clarification. She called her supervisor and confirmed (in front of multiple runners) that event parking would be extended to about 3 PM. I paid the event rate and left at ~2:10 PM, within that window. I payed 50 dollars to park at this location using the QR code and I’ve received a letter of non compliance, from parking revenue recovery services inc, stay away from this lot I’m sure they make their money scamming

I pay a monthly pass to park here. There was an event going on in November and I parked in my lot, I come back, and my car got towed. I was first told I had to pay extra when there is an event (that is not stated anywhere in my contract) and then I was told I was not a monthly parker. Couple minutes later the person who issued me my pass calls and says they mistakenly towed my car and they could not bring it back to me. 5/5 stars for the agent on the phone whom I discussed my dispute with was very understanding and kind. We were able to come to amical resolution. 0/5 stars However the signage around the property is awful at best. They use the incorrect colors (blue P is public parking) so that their parking lot will be confused with public parking and have very few signs or no signs at entry to indicate that they are a private parking lot.
