I pay a monthly pass to park here. There was an event going on in November and I parked in my lot, I come back, and my car got towed. I was first told I had to pay extra when there is an event (that is not stated anywhere in my contract) and then I was told I was not a monthly parker. Couple minutes later the person who issued me my pass calls and says they mistakenly towed my car and they could not bring it back to me. 5/5 stars for the agent on the phone whom I discussed my dispute with was very understanding and kind. We were able to come to amical resolution. 0/5 stars However the signage around the property is awful at best. They use the incorrect colors (blue P is public parking) so that their parking lot will be confused with public parking and have very few signs or no signs at entry to indicate that they are a private parking lot. This place is a absolute scam. Came here late at night to rent scooters from ERYD which is a small scooter buisiness that is within the parking lot. Visibility was terrible and there was no clear signs of having to pay when I came in the parking lot at 10pm. After I rented a scooter I even asked the scooter rental guy if paying for parking was required and he answered swiftly with a no. 2 weeks later I GET A TICKET FOR 87 DOLLARS. Somone needs to do something about this because this is absolute BS
I received a notice in the mail from an attorney's office connected to this parking lot. It claims that I failed to pay and threatens legal action. I have never seen this lot before and certainly if I parked there I would not fail to pay. I would recommend not patronizing these spaces who have the audacity to either falsify your parking experience or sell your vehicle information. I am turning the matter over to the media next.
Parked during the night to walk around and see the city, got charged $87 the next day when there’s no signs saying how to pay and has no lighting in the lot to see any signs.
