I wish I could give 0 stars. Racist against Indigenous applicants. I got rejected for a $2400/month unit because of my “credit” but yet was approved for a luxury condo in downtown Toronto. Make it make sense. Anyways I love my condo in Toronto, Panoramic isn’t even close to being up to par with it.
As of May 2025, I would not, under any circumstance, move to Buildings B or C. The buildings are highly infested with cockroaches and the landlord is refusing to remove problem tenants. According to contractors who have been through our unit, the "worst unit in ALL of Greater Sudbury is in Building C." Contractors have to suit up to enter the unit. Panoramic has sent Robert Pest Management to put their goo everywhere and that is about it. Units are sitting empty and the move out rate is high. Be warned.
