This is the absolute worst place I have ever lived and I lived in on campus housing for two years. It’s gross in the common areas, the staff acts like they don’t want to help you and they make everything the most complicated it could possibly be. Our air broke 5 or 6 times, and each time we were told that we just didn’t know how to work it. They also told us that our heat being broken in the middle of January was not an emergency so they wouldn’t come fix it until Monday morning. I decided to live on 1301 because I previously lived in Park 109 managed by the same company and loved the experience so figured I’d have the same down the street since it’s owned by the same company. I quickly would realize that I should have ran the other way. Immediately at move in, the washing machine only worked half the time. It took clicking random buttons, and a prayer to ever wash my clothes. Nonetheless I dealt with it, and didn’t complain. The new property owners have A LOT to do to help pick up the pieces that were left from the previous management company. •I requested a parking spot close to the building entrance, and security remains a major problem due to the convenience store and hair salon downstairs. Customers are parking in my parking spot DAILY. Friends of residents have been parking in my spot as well.
