I had re-booked my appointment as the dentist had requested I came another time when I didn't have my toddler in tow. Organised a day the kids were in care and I wasn't at work. I was due to come in at 4pm. Received a phone call that they had a cancellation at 2.30 and could fit me in. I arrived a couple minutes late, but there was still already 2 patient's waiting.
