I called yesterday as I had broken a tooth and the staff fitted me in today to have my tooth looked at, Dr Conor was amazing, he made me feel at ease and has done a wonderful job repairing my tooth. Dentists are my biggest fear, so hats off for a job well done! Thankyou to the very friendly staff for making me feel so welcome, I will be returning in the future and very well priced. Thanks again to the Team at 1300Smiles Mackay....
I came in yesterday afternoon for a clean and check up with Dr Chloe, she was amazing and her customer service was phenomenal. I have definitely found my go to dentist, absolutely fantastic service from all staff! I felt comfortable, relaxed and well taken care of during my appointment. 100% recommend coming here!
Katrina is amazing at what she does , she’s so precise and honest in the best way , not judgmental at all as I was having my insecurities fixed and not once did she make me feel embarrassed. She’s so patient with her dental assistants and love that I get to chill in the chair and just relax with full trust in her
Absolutely 100% satisfied with Dr Harris. He was incredibly patient and gentle with my procedure. Answered all of my questions with complete transparency and to the best of his knowledge. The admin staff were very supportive and friendly. Made the entire experience a 10/10 and I would suggest anyone with dental problems to try 1300 Smiles Mackay. Thankyou
Very disappointed that after having a filling my husband developed a tooth ache over Christmas. Surgery was closed until the 2nd January then still no dentists working until the 6th January. I understand being closed on the public holidays but the other days are normal work days so should at least have someone there for emergency situations.
