Been going here many years. Jenny at the front desk is a gem. Dr Erick Jin is very caring & explains everything well. Very happy with the standard of oral care.
I've been using this clinic for myself and now my kids for so many years and never had a problem. But just recently friday 7August. i went there for my son and the dentist's assistant is not wearing any gloves touching all the tools with her barehands and only rubbing her hands with sanitiser (i was speechless) 🤦♀️. Luckily the dentist didn't do the procedure for my son so none of the tools that the assistant touch didn't go to my sons mouth. It was my first cleaning in Australia, so I don't know if this is normal for you Aussies, but it's not cheap at all (I did have extra costs, it's true, it was also my fault due to my level of English), but leaving aside the extras I paid for, they didn't do a good job, they didn't even floss my teeth. Look at the pictures, and if this sounds like a $250 job to you, I'm sorry, but it's not normal.
Only one visit so far but Very Happy at this point .. fingers crossed 🤞 when the real work starts the feeling will be the same .. Cheers 🍻.
