I’ve been here several times for check ups and tooth removals and to be fair there have been no major complications with my treatment. Ultimately I have gotten what I paid for, even if I paid high prices for an awful service. My dentist was an old man that spent most of his time flirting with his teenage dental assistants, occasionally deigning to glance at mouth for a moment before going back to bragging about his expensive house and car and complaining about taxes. Excellent place for kids
Attended the dental clinic for a filling, behind the tooth, after a few hundred dollars, the issue has not been addressed.
1300smiles Pimlico made a mistake billing our health insurance provider. The mistake resulted in a gap payment required. Getting a refund after the mistake was pointed out has been a nightmare. Any decent company would be very apologetic and provide an immediate refund. Got fed some lines about a 5 to 10 business day wait.
