Abysmal. I hired two portable toilets for an event with more than 6-weeks notice. The day before my event they cancelled delivery via email. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me to ensure I received their notification, and left me scrambling to find alternative toilets at 3.30pm on a Friday without any assistance or offer of compensation. They come to clean porterloos and hose the entire inside, toilet roll is left inside and wet entirely. They then don’t replace the toilet roll as there is full wet ones there that no one is ever going to use. Workers issue maybe? But ridiculous all the same.
Fantastic service. Big thanks to Ryan who went over and above expectations. We had some damage to our fence, entirely an accident, he went out of his way to resolve the issue. Well done and thank you. The toilet was very clean and most importantly very functional
