I booked an appointment well in advance, and on the day of the appointment, the mechanic simply never showed up. There was no call, no message—just complete silence. His phone was off the entire time, making it impossible to reach him. I ended up waiting in the rain for half an hour with no explanation. Even after all this, I never received any follow-up or apology. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a reliable service, stay far away from this one.
We booked an appointment for 2 PM a week in advance. The mechanic never showed up, never called, and his phone was switched off. We waited in the rain for half an hour, expecting him to arrive, but there was no call or message to cancel the appointment. Even now, we still haven’t received any explanation or response. This is extremely poor service and completely unprofessional. If you need a reliable mechanic, look elsewhere. Definitely not recommended.
My experience was excellent. Nigel came to inspect my car, pointed out the two small things I needed to fix, and two days later, he came back, didn’t charge me a cent, and approved the Roadworthy. Honestly, I’m very satisfied.
