Nigel was awesome and super helpful. He got our car roadworthy, gave great advice, and shared some of his knowledge. He's ready to help people learn how to spot potential problems.
Nigel went above and beyond to fit in a SC for my car I just sold. He didn’t have any vacancies for a week, when I told him of my situation he bent over backward to fit me in the next day during his lunch break. Nigel was very professional, on time, honest and a fair price, he was very polite. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone as a mechanic and vehicle safety certificates. Thanks Nigel.
I booked an appointment well in advance, and on the day of the appointment, the mechanic simply never showed up. There was no call, no message—just complete silence. His phone was off the entire time, making it impossible to reach him. I ended up waiting in the rain for half an hour with no explanation. Even after all this, I never received any follow-up or apology. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a reliable service, stay far away from this one.
We booked an appointment for 2 PM a week in advance. The mechanic never showed up, never called, and his phone was switched off. We waited in the rain for half an hour, expecting him to arrive, but there was no call or message to cancel the appointment. Even now, we still haven’t received any explanation or response. This is extremely poor service and completely unprofessional. If you need a reliable mechanic, look elsewhere. Definitely not recommended.
