The owners and members are great and it's changed my perception of Cross Fit. I've worked with Brian via personal training and he's made a perimenopausal woman who's been away from fitness for a long time actually enjoy it again....and see results.
I've never enjoyed going to the gym before 13 Stars. The classes are challenging but the coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and kind. The community that exists inside the gym is amazing. Members span from 25-65, college athletes to grandparents and each time slot has its' own character. Can't recommend this place enough!
I have been lifting weights for years, but I have never done CrossFit before joining 13 stars. Brian and the rest of the coaches do a great job in welcoming people of all ages and fitness levels to CrossFit. I’ve been a member since February and wish I joined earlier. Nothing but good things to say about the gym and the positive results I’ve seen since joining!
Great environment, instruction, and support! New to the gym, and enjoying the classes and community.
the gym has a great community. all of the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I've had so much fun the past month here, cannot recommend enough
