I never purchased any pieces, but I got a ring and necklace fixed and re-sized at this shop. They explained the process super clearly, were same and next-day fixes and are holding up even better than before. All of the staff are overly kind and understanding of whatever need you have!

My 2-year-old and I went in looking for a gift for his dad from him for his dad’s birthday. The owner and the woman there were absolutely amazing. They were so patient with my son and even played with him. We want something that would complement his bracelet stack that started with his gold Cuban link that had a diamond added for our son’s birth month. They have beautiful pieces in the store, but I caution you with buying custom pieces from the shop, especially if it is time sensitive. Their communication has been less than stellar throughout the entire process and took months longer and much more expensive than we were initially told. All in all we love the piece but the entire process was a headache.
