We were very happy with our accommodation in Coffs. Down for the Oztag Nationals and our first time staying in your apartments. Our host was communicative in helping us get into our apartment and was available if we needed. The place was spotless, super clean! Everything felt brand new and easy to access everything. TV setup in master bedroom and the main lounge area. 13 First Avenue Sawtell is a lovely and stylish boutique hotel located in the town of Sawtell. The unit is spotless and comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. It’s an awesome and convenient spot. Recommended if you plan to visit or passing through👍 *Private parking space provided*
To say I was impressed is an understatement. The Simmonds boys get Hospitality. On arrival I was greeted by a handsome curly haired fellow I think his name was John, from there I was introduced to his brother Michael a very well dressed man, with a fondness for Negligee and Medieval re-enactments. The apartment was spectacular; beautiful rooms and a lovely view of the main strip. John told us to keep a look out for some celebrities in town.
