13 First Avenue Sawtell is a lovely and stylish boutique hotel located in the town of Sawtell. The unit is spotless and comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. It’s an awesome and convenient spot. Recommended if you plan to visit or passing through👍 *Private parking space provided*
To say I was impressed is an understatement. The Simmonds boys get Hospitality. On arrival I was greeted by a handsome curly haired fellow I think his name was John, from there I was introduced to his brother Michael a very well dressed man, with a fondness for Negligee and Medieval re-enactments. The apartment was spectacular; beautiful rooms and a lovely view of the main strip. John told us to keep a look out for some celebrities in town.
