Very satisfied with how good our carpet looks. Eric was on time and was able to make our 17 year old carpet look almost new. I will use them again when needed.
Our tech was amazing. We had a few trouble spots and he was able to clean them up. Will definitely be asking them to come back next time.
Set up a 1:00 appointment for my mom’s carpets to be cleaned a week prior. I contacted them after it was 1:20 and they still weren’t there. Owner called back to say there was a communication error and the cleaner would be there in 30-40 minutes. Van arrived at 2:30. Cleaner was friendly and apologized for being late.
