My kids and I have always appreciated the excellent care from Dr. Rakochey, Marsha, and Chi. Unfortunately, the front desk experience in November changed everything. The receptionist was extremely rude to me over the phone and even hung up on me. That interaction alone is the reason we will not be returning. The front staff sets the tone for the entire clinic, and this was unacceptable.
I have been going to 12 Avenue Dental since I was a child and I am 46 now and all my children also go. They are the kindest people and always help and appreciate all they do. Thank you for everything!
I basically grew up at the dentist and as an adult I have been going to this dentist for over 10 years and I just love it. From the friendly and warm greeting to the dental assistant (Chi) coming to get me and bringing me back there is nothing but pure joy and laughs. Dr. Rakochey has a very calm and soothing voice. He does a wonderful job at explaining everything he is doing to you before, during and after. When it comes to administering anaesthesia he is so tender and knows exactly what he is doing.
