I basically grew up at the dentist and as an adult I have been going to this dentist for over 10 years and I just love it. From the friendly and warm greeting to the dental assistant (Chi) coming to get me and bringing me back there is nothing but pure joy and laughs. Dr. Rakochey has a very calm and soothing voice. Extremely professional and informative
I am writing to share my disappointment with the customer service I recently experienced from your front desk receptionist. During my visit on11/12/2025I found her attitude to be dismissive and unhelpful, which left a negative impression of the clinic. I value the quality of dental care your office provides, but respectful and professional service at reception is also very important to patients. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future visits. worku
