As someone who despise going to the dentist, I can say with confidence that this dentistry is the best I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, Daryl and his team make it a smooth, painless, enjoyable and affordable visit. Will be back for sure!

We have been going to 12th Ave Dental for several years. Dr. Daryl Rakochey is the BEST dentist I have encountered by far. The staff are knowledgeable and very welcoming. Check them out for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

The front desk sent a pre-auth to my insurance for my routine dental benefits. My insurance apparently came back stating I was only covered for only some services and not all (which was incorrect). There was some confusion whether I was covered or not, so I chose only to do 1 of 3 routine services or risk paying out of pocket. The problem continues when I spoke with my insurance afterwards trying to get to the bottom of this and they stated they never received any sort of pre-auth from the dentist.
