I tested on last week. I was told by the receptionist and the nurse that was sat next to her that I'd get a pdf file or if i come in clinic I'd get a paper printed copy. I did mention to them i may need it as an "official" paper even if i used my alias and not my real name due to privacy reasons. They still said from reception on day of testing that I'd call the clinic if i was going abroad like i said i would and if i was still here I'd be able to get a paper copy or pdf if i was abroad. I'm not sure why the SPH pharmacy has to hold all the hiv prep scripts and have a monopoly on it? Some people are closeted and don't want to pick up medications in the gayest pharmacy in town. Everyone thinks you're gay if you pick up meds here, how is that supposed to encourage closeted people to be compliant. Probably the reason HIV is on the rise, because you cannot discreetly get medications to prevent it. Also the worst hours at the SPH pharmacy. How am I supposed to find time to get my medications. Wasted half my morning here waiting. Was the second guy through the door, yet everyone coming in after me was served first. I’ve been here almost two hours. Last time I came in they refused me service. Discrimination by care workers is not fair. They don’t like you because you smoke, meanwhile I caught a contact high just from sitting on a chair which probably hasn’t been wiped since Covid. Ridiculously offensive staff was rude and inattentive.
