Lora was great at helping me with my schedule adjustment! Excellent customer service and truly a kind person!
Receptionists can be rude a lot of the time. One major incident I experienced was a call to reschedule because I was busy and she said “are you busy or…” in a snarky tone. I said nothing cause I was shocked. Then she switched up and said we could do that and instead of giving me a chance to speak she just kept listing days and times off without giving me a chance to pick one, feeling pressured I said fine Ill keep it and it resulted in missing work and classes to attend a 5min appointment that I wait an hour sometimes more f... read more
A small clinic, primarily attending mental- related issues or psychiatric disorders of the referred patients. Have ample parking and centrally located. See customers' dissatisfaction on appointment dates and doctor's questioning ( for certain questions) for assessment. Suggest urgent attention on such issues . This will improve Clinic's Public Image.
I have had nothing but a great experience at this clinic. Dr.akeju is an attentive and empathetic psychiatrist. For two years in a row they have booked my appointments for the year once a month at the beginning of the year. It is probably the best experience I’ve had with a psychiatrist since I was at child and youth as a teenager.
Terrible clinic. They refuse to help you, and refuse to give you access to your own medical history.
