Dr. Adanike was ok. There was a mix up with psychiatrists and so I had to go in to this appt. Which was unnecessary. While I was waiting for the doctor a person came in and said they were there for an ultrasound. The 3 people behind the desk, one person explained where to go straight where the sign is” and the patient didn’t quite understand but eventually figured it out. Lora was great at helping me with my schedule adjustment! Excellent customer service and truly a kind person!
Receptionists can be rude a lot of the time. One major incident I experienced was a call to reschedule because I was busy and she said “are you busy or…” in a snarky tone. I said nothing cause I was shocked. Then she switched up and said we could do that and instead of giving me a chance to speak she just kept listing days and times off without giving me a chance to pick one, feeling pressured I said fine Ill keep it and it resulted in missing work and classes to attend a 5min appointment that I wait an hour sometimes more f... read more
